For the couple of days its been quite in the news about the story of Afzal, the mastermind behind the attack on the parliement and his family trying to stop his execution. Well there has been a big hugh and cry about his impending execution. Well reading about this in the paper actually surprises me. Well firstly this person conspired against the country and has been sentenced to death. we have NGo and CM rallying around him.

Firstly he says that he has not been given an proper trail. Well his death sentence has been upheld by both the Supreme and High court. Both the courts can't be that corrupt and give him a fair trial. And this not some third world nation, like pakistan or Afghanisthan that wouldn't give hima fair trail.

Well death sentence may be seen inhuman by some. How do you punish someone who carried out such an heinous crime.

Well his son tries to hang him self to see what it feels like to be hanged. What would the children of those who lost their lives in this attack would they shoot themselves to feel what it would be like????

Well giving him the death penalty would create upheavle in Kashmir, but not giving him his due punishment would make the billions of citizen of India loose their belief in the justice system.

Well what need to do is uproot terrorism. if they can listen to reason maybe we'll need to shock them they way they try and shock us.
